International Polar Bear Day 2025. International polar bear day is held on 27 february, and is now in its 10th year. Organized by the nonprofit group polar bears.

We founded the day to coincide with the time period when polar bear moms and cubs are snug in their dens. Climate change is a huge threat to polar bears’ existence and it’s up to us to take action and protect their future.
